Fabian Schmidt raised to 1,600 from middle position, Renji Mao three-bet to 4,500 from the button, then Schmidt called.
The flop came 4♦4♠2♥. Schmidt checked, Mao bet 3,000 and Schmidt called. The turn was the 10♦ and Schmidt checked again. Mao bet 6,500 and Schmidt made the call.
The river was the Q♣. Schmidt checked and Mao bet 25,000. Schmidt made the fold and Mao took down the pot.
The pot stood at 11,200 with two players looking at a board of 2♣J♦K♠A♥.
Ibrahim Ghassan, who was under the gun, bet out for 4,000. Pascal Hartmann made the call from the hijack.
Ghassan slowed down on the 4♥ river, Hartmann took the lead for 7,500 and Ghassan called. Hartmann tabled A♦Q♠ for top pair, while Ghassan rolled over A♠4♠ for a rivered two pair.
Clement Michaud opened to 1,600 from middle position and was called by Ramesh Caussy in the hijack, Dominik Nitsche in the cutoff, and Wagner Ripper on the button.
Maxim Bevers then squeezed to 9,500 from the small blind and each player folded in sequence to award Bevers some easy chips.
Francesco Delfoco raised it up to 1,700 and Louis Linard called from one seat over on the button. What followed were three barrels for 1,500 on the Q♥Q♣8♦ flop, 2,800 on the 7♣ turn and 8,000 on the 8♥ river.
Linard called all the way and won the pot with A♣8♣, as Delfoco only had J♣10♠ for a missed gutshot.
Players have retaken their seats and action is now back underway.
