Maksym Filipovskyi checked to Igor Picone on a flop of 3♥6♥9♣. With 5,500 chips in the middle, Picone made a bet of 1,500, which was called by Filipovksyi.
Picon then sized up to 6,500 chips on the 7♦ turn, and another check-call followed from Filipovskyi. The 6♦ river was checked by both players and Filipovskyi tabled 5♦5♣ for two pair.
Picone took one more look at his cards before sliding them into the muck and forfeiting the pot.
"I would've called anyway," Filipovskyi added while he stacked up his chips.
