Abecassis, Chisu Have Opposite Luck in All Ins

David Salituro

Nível 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Kevin Abecassis moved all in for 100,000 in the cutoff and Pieter De Necker called in the hijack.

Kevin Abecassis: 10♦10♥ All in
Pieter De Necker: A♣K♦

The flop came K♣9♣K♥ to give De Necker trips and the lead, while Abecassis missed the 6♠ turn and 5♦ river on his way to the rail.

At another table, Victor Castanedo raised enough to put big blind Danut Chisu all in, and Chisu called for 62,000.

Danut Chisu: K♠9♦ All in
Victor Castanedo: J♠10♠

Castanedo picked up a straight draw on the 8♠6♦7♣ flop, but Chisu dodged the 6♥ turn and K♣ river as he finished with two pair to double up.
