De Necker Holds On to Bust Balogh in Massive Pot
Nível 22
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Pieter De Necker three-bet to 180,000 in the cutoff and Tamas Balogh called in the hijack.
The flop came K♥9♠10♥. "You know my move," Balogh told De Necker as they quickly got in Balogh's last 500,000.
Tamas Balogh: Q♦10♦
Pieter De Necker: J♠J♦
Both players stood up from their seats as more than 1,300,000 was in the pot. Balogh had a pair and straight draw against De Necker's jacks, but he missed the 3♣ turn and 2♦ river and was sent to the rail while De Necker joined the chip leaders.
