Skrbic bet another 40,000 on the 7♣ turn and Ponakovs again called. The river was the 8♦ and Skrbic moved all in for 141,000.
Ponakovs used up all of his remaining time banks as he tanked for several minutes, eventually putting in the chips to call. Skrbic immediately tapped the felt and turned over A♠K♠ for just ace-high, while Ponakovs had K♣Q♥ for a pair of queens to win the pot and send Skrbic to the rail.
