The turn was the 4♥ and Ustimov sized up to 28,000, a bet which Santos called. The river came the Q♣ and Ustimov shoved all in.
Santos got the count and was covered. He used a time bank and decided to fold, giving Ustimov a significant pot that increased his chip count to over twice the starting stack.
