Slowplayed Aces Leads to Double up For Theelen
Nível 27
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Andrey Pateychuk opened from the hijack and was three-bet to 275,000 by Pieter Theelen in the cutoff. It was folded back to Patechuk, who four-bet to 475,000. Theelen called.
Theelen proceeded to call bets from Patechuk on every street. First for 125,000 on the 5♠6♠Q♠ flop, then for 200,000 on the A♦ turn, and finally for Theelen's last 805,000 on the 10♦ river.
Patechuk showed Ax6x for two pair, but found himself second best against Theelen's A♠A♥ for top set to award Theelen the double up.
