Paula Arreba opened under the gun to 1,500 and Sophie Gathercole called from the cutoff. Joycelyn Lam Ho Yin three-bet from the big blind to 5,200 and Arreba four-bet to 40,000. Gathercole folded and Ho Yin made the call.

The players saw a A88 flop, and checked down to the 7 turn and 7 river.

Ho Yin bet 600 on the river and Arreba moved all in for around 104,000. Ho Yin took some time, before folding, leaving Arreba to take the pot.

Scharo Moves Up the Leaderboard

There was around 7,000 in the middle on a flop of 1025. Shira Scharo bet 6,000 from the big blind into Judy Whitlow on the button. Whitlow only had 5,400 remaining and made the call to put herself at risk.

Scharo was ahead with her pair of fives. Whitlow needed to find a jack to survive. The rest of the board ran out 78, which didn't help Whitlow and she was sent to the rail.

The fourth season of the North American Poker Tour (NAPT) run by PokerStars is well underway and the action only continues to heat up with the recent schedule release for its marquee stop in Las Vegas. Running from Friday November 1st through Sunday November 10th at Resorts World Las Vegas, the series is not one to miss as it features a whopping 36 tournaments in the span of a week and a half.

Leonard Picks Up the Blinds

Amy Leonard was down to her last 8,100 chips and jammed two consecutive hands, getting the table to fold.

A few hands later Xia Wang opened from the cutoff to 1,000 and Leonard defended the big blind.

The 289 flop was checked by Leonard and Wang moved all in. Leonard folded, going back down to around 9,000 chips.

In the next hand, action folded around to Leonard in small blind and she moved all in for her remaining stack, again the rest of the table folded. She showed her AK hand to the table, before taking back some chips.
