Rabiei Hero-Calls With Just Jack-High
Nível 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Sami Agel raised to 2,500 from middle position, Alireza Rabiei three-bet to 7,500 from the cutoff and Paolo Boi cold called in the hijack. Agel also chose to call.
The K♠8♥6♣ flop saw the action check to Rabiei, who bet out 8,000. Boi called while Agel folded.
The K♦ turn checked through to the 8♣ on the river. Boi took the lead for 16,000 and Rabiei went deep into the tank, finally electing to make the call.
Boi defeatedly tabled J♥10♥ but was just as surprised as the rest of the table when Rabiei rolled over J♦10♣ for the exact same hand; one man's bluff was the other man's hero call, resulting in an unconventional chopped pot.
