Assaf Hussain opened from under the gun to 1,400. Action folded around to Nicolae Paunescu in the cutoff who made the call. Marco Gambini defended the small blind and Christophe Pommier completed in the big blind.
Both blinds checked the 7♠K♥5♠ flop to Hussain who bet 2,800. Paunescu and Gambini folded before Pommier raised all in. He had Hussain covered and Hussain made the call.

Pommier needed to improve to a flush or a straight but couldn't find it on the K♣ turn, which gave Hussain trips. However the 8♠ river completed Pommier's flush draw which sent Hussain to the rail.
