Tajiou Wins Final Pot of Table 30

A big pot of 28,500 chips was brewing between Mounir Taijou in the small blind, Artsiom Lasouski in the hijack, and Jean-Noel Thorel in the cutoff. Tajiou bet 9,000 on a flop of 7♥K♠7♠, receiving calls from both of his opponents.

The 9♥ turn was checked through before the K♦ river double-paired the board. Tajiou made a bet of 40,000, enough to put both other players all in.

Lasouski went through several time banks before finding a fold and Thorel quickly followed suit. Tajiou raked in the pot just before the table was broken.

With two players seeing a board of K♦Q♣J♠ and 5,700 in the middle, Arsenii Karmatckii checked from the big blind and Anton Bergstrom bet 1,200 from the cutoff. Karmatckii made the call.

Karmatckii check-called another bet from Bergstrom on the 10♠ turn, this time for 2,500.

On the 8♦ river Karmatckii checked once more and Bergstrom bet 5,000. Karmatckii opted to fold and Bergstrom took the pot without showdown while Karmatckii was left with fifteen big blinds.

The action was caught on a completed board of 7♠Q♠10♣J♣9♣. Sirzat Hissou bet 7,500 from the big blind and saw Antoine Labat shove all in on the button.

Hissou was covered for his stack of 37,700, and he tanked a bit before making the call.

Labat turned over A♣J♥ for a pair of jacks, which was no good against the K♠Q♦ of Hissou, who had rivered a straight.

Around 25,000 was in the pot as Michael Dwyer and Candido Cappiello saw a flop of K♠10♦3♦. Dwyer then bet 18,000 from the small blind and Cappiello called in the hijack.

The turn was the 9♦ and Dwyer moved all in. Cappiello snap-called for his las 65,000, turning over Q♣J♣ for a straight. Dwyer could only show A♠A♦ and was already drawing dead heading to the 6♣ river as Cappiello earned the massive double up.

Lococo had a pair of jacks with J♠J♦ and Ivarsson mucked.

Farrell Fares Better Second Time Around

Niall Farrell was sitting in the same seat he busted his first entry in. He made a bet of 10,000 on a board of 5♣7♥7♣J♠ on the button, after Andrea Bensaid checked in the hijack.

Bensaid spent two time banks before calling, growing the pot to 34,000. After the 2♣ river hit the table, Bensaid checked again and Farrell made a bet of 25,000, more than half of his remaining stack.

Bensaid did not need as much time to make a decision, quickly folding and forfeiting the pot.

"Scottish people don't bluff," tablemate Mark Teltscher told Bensaid comfortingly.

The turn was the 6♥ and Hunter led out for 6,400. Delval folded, but Chouity called to see the J♣ river. Hunter then bet 12,000 and Chouity again called.

Hunter showed 7♦7♣, but Chouity had 8♠8♦ for a full house to win the pot.

Ten Haven was ahead with a pair of fours, while Kassam had a straight draw and two overcards. The 3♠ turn was no help, while the river was the 2♠ and Ten Haven picked up another knockout.
