Bonilla could only catch a king to extend his tournament life and found no help on the 9♣ river resulting in his elimination. Rizzi took the pot, bringing his stack to nearly 200,000.

Niall Farrell has increased his starting stack by around 10,000 chips and took down the first hand back after the break ended. Farrell raised to 1,200 from early position and got a call from Hrayr Grigoryan in the big blind.

An 800-chip continuation-bet was enough for Farrell to take it down on the 4♣10♥Q♦ flop, as Grigoryan folded.

Antonio Torrente opened from under the gun before David Oezmen three-bet to 2,700 from the next seat over. Alberto Geroni then four-bet shoved for just under 25,000 from middle position. Torrente shoved over the top with his stack of 27,300 and Oezman, who covered both players, made the call.

All three players had monster hands preflop but Geroni had the best of the situation with pocket kings and remained ahead on the 3♦6♥8♥ flop. Torrente then called for an ace, which came right in on the A♠ turn to give Torrente the lead with top pair. The 4♦ river was a brick and Torrente scooped a massive pot while Oezman was left with less than half of what he had started the hand with and Geroni made his exit from the tournament area.
