Frankland Catches the Turn

Mathew Frankland opened to 2,400 first-to-act and was called by Ivan Karatayeu from directly behind. Everyone else folded for a heads-up pot.

Both players checked on the K♠K♦K♥ flop and then Frankland check-called a 5,200 bet from Karatayeu on the 9♦ turn.

The 8♥ filled the river and action checked down.

Frankland tabled A♠9♥ for kings-full of nines, which was met with a muck from Karatayeu to send the pot Frankland's way.
