Chip leader Ivan Karatayeu opened to 1,600 from early position and was called by Gheorge-Gabriel Podovei and Igor Pihela from the hijack and the button. Guillermo Sanz also defended his big blind.
Action checked through to the river for the final board to read A♥J♦6♥K♥5♥. Sanz checked, and Karatayeu bet 6,000. Podovei folded before fellow top ten stack Pihela called. Sanz also got out of the way.
Karatayeu tabled J♥8♥ for a flush and Pihela mucked his hand.
