Ferreira once again checked as the 7♠ hit the turn. This time Stiefel made it 11,000 but Ferreira stayed to see a river.

A 7♥ came before the Mexican checked a third street. Stiefel made it 20,000, putting his opponent all in to call. He did, and mucked his hand in disappointment as Stiefel showed the A♠J♠.

Robin Berggren opened to 2,500 in middle position and got called by the small blind and Fabrice Maltez in the big blind.

The small blind and Maltez both checked as the flop came 9♥10♠2♠. Berggren bet 3,600 which pushed the small blind out. Maltez then shoved all in, with Berggren covering him. The Swede called with top pair and was up against Maltez's flush draw and middle pair.

The turn sealed it for Maltez, with the 3♠ completing his flush.

A 5♣ on the turn was a formality and the Frenchman doubled up.

Abakirov continued with a bet of 2,500 on a flop of 6♣7♠4♦, and De Sousa check-called. But on the turn 6♠, De Sousa led out for 4,000. Abakirov made the call.

The 5♥ landed on the river, but De Sousa slowed down and checked. Abakirov took this opportunity to bet 18,000, almost all his stack. And he made De Sousa fold.

Kuru Knocks Out Messouat

A five-way pot preflop started with the under-the-gun player opening to 2,000. Serkan Kuru and [Removed:476] called in the hijack and on the button respectively, before the small and big blinds also called.

The flop came 10♥3♦2♦, and after the small blind, big blind and under the gun all checked, Kuru led out for 6,000. Messouat was next to act and he raised to 18,000, prompting all other players to instantly fold apart from Kuru. The German tanked, then shoved all in and got the call from Messouat, who was at risk.
