Miniucchi Flops the Nuts

Igor Zolotukhin checked from the hijack on a flop of JQA and called a subsequent bet from Marcello Miniucchi on the button.

The pot had grown to 7,500 chips when the 2 turn hit the felt. Zolotukhin checked again, leading to Miniucchi betting 4,000. Another call followed from Zolotukhin before the 10 river completed the board.

Zolotukhin thought it over for a bit before checking. Miniucchi completed his triple barrel with a bet of 10,000 and a quick call followed from Zolotukhin.

Miniucchi showed K10 for Broadway and Zolotukhin's cards swiftly hit the muck.

Noubarian Doesn't Back Down

Tomas Kolarik, in early position, checked the action to Majid Ejlal Noubarian, who bet out 2,000. Kolarik responded with a check-raise to 7,500.

Noubarian retaliated with a three-bet to 16,000 and Kolarik folded in a snap.

Zaffagnini Reraises Turn

Vincenzo Schiavottiello raised to 1,000 from under the gun and picked up three callers, including Umberto Zaffagnini in the big blind.

The flop came 4A2. Action checked to Schiavottiello, who made it 1,600 to go. Only Zaffagnini made the call.

The turn was the 5. Zaffagnini switched to a lead for 2,700 and Schiavottiello responded with a raise to 8,800. Zaffagnini then reraised to 17,000, which left Schiavottiello pondering before he made the fold to concede the pot.

Einbinder Eliminates Attias

Jean Autran raised to 1,000 from early position and Vahe Ter-Khachatryan called from the cutoff. Reouven Attias then jammed all in for 10,400 from the small blind, leaving the action on David Einbinder in the big blind.

Einbinder rejammed for 25,000 chips, which forced the other two players out of the pot and created a heads up showdown.

Zab Is Good At Showdown

The 8 turn checked through to the Q on the river. All three players checked to a showdown. Baladini tabled A10 for ace-high, Tsaknis mucked and Zab claimed this pot with 99.

"Happy Birthday" for Chazal-Martin

Marc Chazal-Martin and Valentin Oberhauser were caught up in a preflop raising battle, with Oberhauser firing out a reraise of 13,000 before Chazal-Martin moved all in. Oberhauser called with the shorter stack and players flipped their cards.

Ciprian Paunescu opened from under the gun before George Chiriac three-bet to 5,200 from the small blind. Paunescu called and the pair went off to a flop of 8108.

Chiriac continued for 4,500 and Paunescu made the call. The 9 turn was then put on the felt and Chiriac decided to put Paunescu all-in for his 18,500 remaining chips.

Paunescu thought better of it and quickly let his hand go, growing's Chiriac already immense stack even more.

Zarghami Makes Two Pair to Crack Gil's Aces

Sal Al Fakih raised to 700 from under the gun, Albert Gil three-bet to 2,100, Emad Zarghami called on the button, and Al Fakih made the call.

The flop came 756. Action checked to Zarghami, who bet 3,500. Al Fakih folded and Gil made the call.

The turn was the J. Gil checked, Zarghami bet 7,000, and Gil moved all in. Zarghami made the call for 18,400 and was covered as players revealed their cards.

Gil showed AA for pocket aces. Zarghami flipped over 76 for two pair. The river came the 8 and Zarghami held to win the pot and double up his stack, cracking Gil's aces and leaving him short with 13,000 left.

Clock Gets Called On Trattou

The pot stood at approximately 8,000 with two players looking at a board that read KA535.

Mario Trattou, in middle position, checked the action to Karim Souaid, on the button. Souaid bet out 7,500 and Trattou went deep into the tank.

Trattou thought for so long, the clock was eventually called. The floor counted down thirty seconds until Trattou's time reached zero and his hand was declared dead. Souaid claimed this pot without a showdown.

"Nice hand" said Trattou as he told the table he'd folded ace-queen.
