Lakhov thought for a long time until eventually the clock was called. He was given a countdown but folded his hand before it had reached the end.
Lakhov claimed to have folded aces, much to the surprise of Lukovic, who raked in the pot with a big smile on his face.
Patrick Berger raised to 2,200 from under the gun, Yevgeneiy Golenko called, Youcef Benzerfa called on the button, and both the small and big blind also called.
The flop came 2♣4♦9♠. Action checked to Golenko, who bet 5,000. Benzerfa called and then Golenko check-raised to 12,000. Golenko folded and Benzerfa called.
The turn was the Q♥. Berger pushed all in for 23,500, which forced Benzerfa out of the hand to give Berger the pot.
After several preflop raises, Pascal Vos was all in and at risk for 18,300 from the button and looked up by Marius Gicovanu in middle position.
