In a limped pot to the {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop, action checked through to the {2-Spades} turn. Humberto Lopes Galindo bet 500,000 from the big blind and was called.

He then fired for 500,000 on the {6-Clubs} river. Fouad Baali raised to 4,000,000 and Galindo frustratingly folded.

On just the second hand of heads-up play, Fouad Baali ripped all in for 6,525,000 on the button. Humberto Lopes Galindo asked for a count and then called it off.

Gerard Rubiralta Eliminated in 3rd Place (€108,300)

Gerard Rubiralta was down to just 1,500,000 after the previous hand and pushed all in on the button. Fouad Baali shoved all in from the small blind and the cards were face up.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Baali solidified his lead with the pocket jacks. The {6-Clubs} on the turn gave Rubiralta some extra outs but the {k-Diamonds} on the river was not one of them.

Humberto Lopes Galindo, who started the hand with 8,150,000, opened to 800,000 from the button. Gerard Rubiralta then jammed as the big stack from the small blind. Fouad Baali quickly folded from the big blind and Galindo called.

The {10-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Spades} flop took away some of Rubiralta's outs and the {5-Spades} turn left him drawing dead. The {q-Diamonds} completed the board and Galindo became the massive chip leader.

Baali Shoves Twice on Rubiralta

Gerard Rubiralta raised to 650,000 in the small blind on the previous level and Fouad Baali ripped all in for around 3,000,000 in the big blind. Rubiralta quickly folded and Baali avoided going to showdown.

A couple of hands later when the blinds went up, Rubiralta raised to 800,000 on the button. Baali shoved all in again from the small blind and Rubiralta quickly dumped his cards again.

Galindo check-called for 400,000 on the {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop before the {j-Hearts} turn checked through to the {j-Hearts} river. Galindo then led out for 1,800,000 which sent Rubiralta into another five-plus minute tank. After all that, he folded.
