Ketzer Pulls Ahead With Aggression

Felipe Ketzer three-bet against Daniel Dvoress to shut down the Canadian preflop.
Shortly after, Ketzer opened on the button and Chris Brewer called out of the big blind. On a 
flop, Brewer check-called for 55,000 and did so again for 165,000 on the 
turn.
Brewer also checked the 
river and Ketzer reached into his stack to bet, after which Brewer snap-folded.
One hand later, Dvoress raised to 90,000 on the button and folded when Brewer three-bet to 600,000 with 220,000 behind.
