Jozonis Goes Three Streets

Nível 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

In a three-way pot with 3,000 in the middle on a flop showing K42, Daisuke Ogita in the big blind and Cedric Schwaederle under the gun checked over to Tomas Jozonis in the cutoff who bet out 1,200. Both Ogita and Schwaederle made the call and the trio saw the 10 turn.

Action checked around again to Jozonis who elected on a size of 5,700. Ogita came along and Schwaederle bowed out. The J completed the board and Ogita checked a third time to Jozonis who took a moment before tossing out a bet of 12,400. Ogita went in the tank, but after 30 seconds of thought, let his hand go and the pot was awarded to Jozonis.

Ben Heath

There was a 9,000 pot brewing between Ben Heat and Dominykas Mikolaitis. A completed board of 2679A was in the middle and Heath checked from the big blind to Mikolaitis on the button.

He put out a bet of 3,000 and Heath responded with a raise to 18,000. Mikolaitis utilized one of his time bank chips before eventually finding the fold, putting Heath back above starting stack.

Thorel First to Exit

Nível 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Jean Noel Thorel
Jean Noel Thorel

In a blind-on-blind battle, Nacho Barbero and Jean-Noel Thorel had already put in nearly 60 big blinds preflop. The pot was 11,800 as the 1083 was dealt and Barbero checked his option. Thorel then fired for 10,000 before Barbero requested to take a look at his opponent's remaining chips.

Thorel had 20,400 behind, and Barbero, who was already playing a rather large stack, put him to the test by putting a stack of T-5,000 chips in the middle, enough to put Thorel all in. Thorel sighed while he quickly made the call.

Jean-Noel Thorel: 86
Nacho Barbero: KK

Thorel had flopped middle pair, but was outclassed by the kings of Barbero. The turn 3 left Thorel with just the two remaining eights as outs, but a king came instead on the K river.

Thorel was the first of the field to exit, but he wasted no time and immediately made use of his option for a single reentry and rejoined the fray.

Greenberg Takes Multi-Way Pot

Nível 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu opened the action from under the gun to 500 and it folded around to Robert Greenberg in the small blind and Arthur Conan in the big blind who both made the call.

On the flop of K98, all three players checked around to the 9 turn. Greenberg checked again and Conan took the lead with a bet of 1,100, which only Greenberg called.

The 8 completed the board and both players checked to a showdown. Greenberg quickly tabled K5 for a pair of kings and took down the pot when Conan tossed his cards to the dealer.

Jiang Deep in the Tank

Nível 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

A completed board of AKK38 was already spread when the action was caught. A pot of 9,800 was in the middle and Honglin Jiang had made a bet of 10,000 from the button. Quan Zhou was in the cutoff and made the raise to 30,000, almost covering Jiang's remaining chips.

''Ten'' was heard from the dealer three times, to let Jiang know he had ten seconds left on his shot clock, and each time Jiang threw in a time bank chip. On the fourth and final ''time'', Jiang laid his hand down, saving himself one time bank chip for a rainy day.

''You promised to show one!'', Milos Skrbic proclaimed. Zhou kept his word and showed the table the K, just as Davidi Kitai was sitting down with a fresh stack.
