Heath Turns a Straight In Big Pot
Nível 28
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Mikita Badziakouski opened to 180,000 from the small blind and Ben Heath came along in the big blind.
The flop came 9♦7♥6♣ and Badziakouski continued for 140,000, which Heath called. On the 8♦ turn Badziakouski slowed down with a check and Heath took the lead with a sizing of 350,000. Badziakouski took some time, but eventually made the call.
The J♠ completed the board and both players checked to a showdown. Badziakouski rolled over 9♣8♥ for two pair but was no good against Heath's J♥5♥ for the bottom end of the straight to scoop the pot.
