Laba Goes Runner Runner
Nível 4
: Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
The pot stood at 15,000 with two players looking at a board that read 6♦5♦Q♥8♦8♣.
The player in the small blind checked the action over to Vasily Laba, in the big blind. Laba moved all in, putting his opponent to the test for their effective stack of 9,000.
After some time in the tank, the small blind made the call, tabling Q♦6♣. Their counterfeited two pair was no match for the K♣8♠ of Laba, and they were sent to the rail.
