Ylitalo checked once more on the 5♣ river and Wiciak bet 650,000. Ylitalo called and mucked as he saw his pair of nines was no good.
Mihai Niste opened to 400,000 from early position and Andre Akkari shoved for his last 2,700,000 from the small blind. It was folded back to Niste, who called to put Akkari at risk.
Andre Akkari: 10♥10♣
Mihai Niste: A♠K♦
It was a race, but the 4♦7♠5♠Q♦6♣ runout kept Akkari best with his pair and he doubled up through Niste to continue his improbable run.
Carl Shaw raised to 400,000 in the cutoff with 9♦9♣ and Simon Wiciak, in the small blind, used some of the new grey 500,000 chips to three-bet K♣J♦ to 1,600,000.
Shaw called and they went heads-up to the 5♦8♣8♥ flop. Wiciak continued for 800,000 and Shaw put in a raise to 2,100,000. Wiciak then reraised to 3,500,000 and Shaw called.
Both players checked the Q♥ turn before Wiciak spiked a pair on the J♣ river. He checked again, and Shaw quickly tapped the felt as Wiciak took the more than 10,000,000 chip pot with that fortunate river.

Curtis Knight opened to 300,000 with A♣5♣ from early position and was called by Ezequiel Waigel in the cutoff with 10♦9♦ and Robin Ylitalo in the small blind with 2♥2♦.
The flop came 6♣4♠6♦ and action was checked to Waigel, who bet 300,000. Ylitalo folded, but Knight check-raised to 1,000,000. Waigel let his hand go and Knight dragged the pot.
Robin Ylitalo raised to 325,000 in early position with K♥10♥ before Curtis Knight three-bet A♥5♥ to 850,000 on the button. Ylitalo quickly folded when action got back to him.
The next hand, Ylitalo again made it 325,000, this time with A♣10♠, and Carl Shaw reraised to 900,000 with 2♦2♣ out of the hijack. João Sydenstricker then woke up with K♠K♦ in the small blind and four-bet to 3,000,000, leaving himself just 325,000 behind, and both opponents folded.
Andre Akkari opened to 300,000 from early position with A♠2♠ and Carl Shaw three-bet to 775,000 on the button with K♦Q♣. Akkari called.
Akkari checked on the flop of A♦Q♠6♣ and Shaw continued for 450,000. Akkari called. Akkari checked again on the 7♦ turn and Shaw sized up to 1,000,000. Akkari laid it down and gave Shaw the pot.
Simon Wiciak opened to 300,000 with Q♦J♥ first-to-act and was called by Robin Ylitalo with K♠Q♠ in the cutoff.
Both players checked on the K♥6♥5♥ flop and then Wiciak bet 550,000 on the K♣ turn. Ylitalo called with his trip kings.
The 7♣ completed the board, whiffing Wiciak's flush draw, and he fired 1,300,000 into the middle. Ylitalo quickly called and Wiciak was forced to surrender the pot.
