Pablo Melogno opened to 20,000 from middle position and was called by Antoine Stackowiak in the big blind.

Both players checked on the 9♦10♥8♦ flop and then Stackowiak led out for 20,000 on the 5♥ turn. Melogno called.

The A♠ completed the board and Stackowiak checked — prompting Melogno to shove, which was enough to put Stackowiak all in for his last 75,000.

Stackowiak decided to let his hand go and was seen exiting the tournament area, having busted a short while later.

Marcin Kacprzak looked as though he intended to raise, but ended up calling from under the gun. Mircea Flutur limped behind from the cutoff and Stefan Drusca called from the small blind. (Rachid El Yaacoubi was absent for his big blind.)

The flop came J♦7♣A♣ and Drusca checked to Kacprzak, who bet 18,000. Flutur folded, but Drusca called.

Drusca check-called a 60,000 bet from Kacprzak on the 4♠ turn and then both players checked down on the 10♣ river.

Drusca turned over Ax5x, but quickly mucked when Kacprzak turned over A♠10♥ for a pair of aces with a higher kicker, which was good for the pot.
