Grafton Nearly Moves In
Mikalai Vaskaboinikau opened to 12,000 under the gun before Sam Grafton three-bet to 30,000 in middle position. Vaskaboinikau called once action folded back to him.
The flop came 7♣J♥K♠ and Grafton continued for 16,000. Vaskaboinikau called and the 9♣ fell on the turn.
He checked and Grafton then burned through two time banks before betting 35,000. Vaskaboinikau let out a laugh before he called.
The river came the 5♣ and Grafton then bet another 35,000, leaving just 5,000 behind. Vaskaboinikau then tanked for more than a minute.
"How can I be bluffing," Grafton told him before Vaskaboinikau eventually mucked.
"I hardly ever bluff," Grafton added as he took the pot.
"The thing about Sam is he only bluffs people who don't fold. He bluffs me all the time," Kayhan Mokri joked.
