The 8♥ turned and Neagu bet again, this time for 30,000. Minolfi raised to 75,000; enough to put Neagu all in. Neagu made the call.

Tamer Kamel was short and shoved from the hijack. He got called by Tiziano Fasan and it went to a heads-up showdown.

After shoving into aces, Kamel looked to be heading to the rail as with the flop landed 8♣3♥J♣.
However, the Englishman hit the 9♠ on the turn, making him a straight and leaving a shocked Fasan with no outs.
The inconsequential river was a 9♦, and Fasan remained in disbelief at his aces being cracked.
In a heads-up pot on a flop of 5♥6♣3♠, Alessandro Saracino checked and Cristian Nogales checked back.
Saracino checked again on the K♠ turn and Nogales bet 16,000. Saracino called. Saracino checked once more on the 10♠ river and Nogales checked back.
Saracino showed K♦J♦ for a pair of kings and Nogales mucked in defeat.

In a blind versus blind confrontation, the pot stood at 26,000 with the board reading K♣8♣J♣.
Ali Rachedi, in the small blind, checked the action to Daniel Moreira in the big. Moreira bet out 6,000 and Rachedi called.
The Q♠ saw Rachedi check and then fold to an additional bet of 25,000 from Moreira.
Mohammed Bekheira made it 9,000 from under the gun. Pietro Robbiani raised to 20,000 in the hijack and was called.
The flop came 4♥8♠3♦ and was checked by Bekheira. Robbiani bet 30,000, but was left visibly frustrated when Bekheira shoved over the top with the Algerian having him covered.
'Pocket threes, pocket fours?' Robbiani asked Bekheira, but the Italian got no response and laid down his hand.
Lionel Lacolas and Josef Schusteritsch, both sporting massive stacks, went heads-up to the J♠7♦10♦ flop where Lacolas led out for 20,000 from early position.
Schusteritsch called in the cutoff as the 9♥ fell on the turn. Lacolas then grabbed a tower of his chips and announced he was all in, covering Schusteritsch's remaining 250,000.
Schusteritsch went into the tank for several minutes before Lacolas called the clock. Schusteritsch folded his cards before a tournament official arrived and Lacolas dragged in the pot to move past 400,000.

The action checked to Sergei Krementsukov in the hijack who bet out 10,000, Both Flynn Meichtry on the button and Yuliia Mazur in the small blind called.
The J♣ turn saw the action check to Meichtry who placed a bet of 20,000. Only Mazur continued.
The 2♥ river checked to a showdown. Mazur tabled A♦J♦ as Meichtry slid his inferior two pair of Q♠J♠ into the muck.
Samuel Kalifa was all in for 27,000 from early position and was called by Angelos Pettas in middle position before Jordan Santos shoved for around 40,000. Pettas called to put both opponents at risk.

Santos had woken up with aces and was poised to scoop the pot until the J♣7♥6♦ flop gave Kalifa a set. The turn, though, brought the A♦ and Santos hit the last ace in the deck to move back in front.
The river came the 7♠ and both Kalifa and Santos took out their phones and snapped photos of the board before Kalifa made his exit.
