Leon Holds Off Big Slick
Nível 24
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
A player raised to 60,000 from under the gun and Sergio Garcia Leon shoved for 640,000 from the next seat over. Action folded to Nikolay Ivanov in the big blind for a shove of us his own, but he had both players covered. The under-the-gun player got out of the way and action was heads up with Leon at risk.
Sergio Garcia Leon: 7♥7♣
Nikolay Ivanov: A♠K♦
The board ran out 2♥4♠Q♠6♥J♥ and Leon held on with pocket sevens to secure the double in the last level of the evening.
