Schroeder Doubles Through Torrent
Nível 8
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Jordi Torrent opened to 2,200 from middle position and was called by Gabriel Schroeder in the big blind.
Both players checked on the 2♣3♥7♦ flop and Schroeder checked again on the J♠ turn, prompting a 2,000 bet from Torrent. Schroeder called.
The 4♠ completed the board and Schroeder checked a final time. Torrent bet 5,000 and Schroeder quickly moved all in for 9,900 total. Torrent called and Schroeder turned over J♥4♥ for a rivered two pair, which was good against the K♣J♦ of Torrent for the double up.
