Scafini and Motte Eliminated

Nível 17 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

After losing a recent pot to Antoine Sabat, Lucas Scafini lost the majority of his chips to Tomas Jozonis and was left with just a couple of big blinds. Jozonis raised from middle position and was called by Olivier Murrachioli on his left and Scafini was all in from the big blind.

The flop came {9-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and Jozonis led out with a bet of 12,000. Murrachioli called which created a side between the two players. The turn was the {8-Hearts} and Jozonis fired out another bet of 40,000. Murrachioli still called and the {5-Diamonds} completed the board.

Jozonis counted out another bet of 40,000 and Murrachioli instantly called again. Jozonis showed {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} but Murrachioli flopped a set of nines with {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. Scafini was unable to beat either hand as he was eliminated near the bubble.

At another table, Fabien Motte was all-in with {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} for around 45,000 and was called by Laurent Vauquelin who turned over {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}. The board ran out {7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Motte was also eliminated.
