Veselin Karakitukov opened to 6,000 from the hijack. Immediately on his left, Alfonso Simone three-bet to 15,000 in the cutoff. Back on Karakitukov, he four-bet to 38,000. After much thought, Simone called.
The flop came out 
. Karakitukov led for 20,000. Simone went into the tank for about four minutes before tossing his cards into the muck.

Karakitukov shrugged, and said "maybe."
