Petr Targa bet 8,000 from under the gun. In middle position, Samir Hadj-Nacer moved all in for 26,000. In the big blind, Junhyoung Kim also moved all in, his bet for slightly less at 23,000.
Targa sat there, apparently thinking for about three minutes. Ki called the clock. The floor came over, announced the clock, and counted down to zero, then declared the hand dead. Ki announced his hand of 
. At that point, Targa attempted to make the call.
Targa does not speak English and apparently thought the action was on Ki the whole time. After the tournament director was called over and the situation explained, he was forced to fold his hand because of the action. The other two went to a runout.
