Two for Hvam

Nível 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Mikalai Pobal raised first to act and was called by Stefan Egermann in the big blind. On a flop of {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{9-Spades}, Egermann checked and Pobal continued for 120,000 to force a fold.

Up next, Morten Hvam raised to 80,000 first to act and he was called by Egermann and Pobal in the blinds. The flop brought {j-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades} and a bet of 100,000 by Hvam won the pot.

Luke Marsh raised it up to 85,000 and Hvam came along out of the big blind. They checked through the {q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{7-Clubs} board and Hvam claimed the pot with {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}.

Panks Folds to Da Rocha

Ricardo Da Rocha raised to 80,000 from under the gun with {a-Spades}{6-Spades} and Dominik Panka defended his big blind with {a-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

The flop came {2-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, Panka flopped a pair of deuces and checked. Da Rocha continued with a bet of 160,000 which was called.

The turn brought them the {k-Diamonds} to keep Panka ahead. Panka checked again and Da Rocha used a time bank card before betting 150,000. Panka folded the better hand.

Stefan Egermann opened to 60,000 from under the gun and Mikalai Pobal three-bet to 160,000 from the next position.

Egermann called and the pair checked the {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}{k-Hearts} flop. The turn was the {10-Hearts} and Egermann bet 115,000 that Pobal called.

The German bet 275,000 on the {9-Clubs} river and Pobal moved all in for over two million, eliciting a quick fold from his opponent in the last hand before the break.

Fast Flops A Full House To Double Up

Dietrich Fast found {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} in the small blind and completed it. Akin Tuna found {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} in the big blind and raised to 110,000 in the big blind. Fast three-bet to 385,000 and Tuna glanced at Fast's stack and called.

The flop came {7-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{7-Spades} for Fast to hit a full house. Fast bet 150,000 and Tuna called.

The turn brought them the {j-Diamonds}, they both checked to the {6-Clubs} on the river. Fast used a time bank and then bet 1,000,000. Tuna shoved with the bigger stack, putting Fast all-in for 1,430,000. Fast looked at his cards once more, mumbled and then made the call to double up.

Sheshukov Bet-Folds the Turn

Luke Marsh opened from under the gun and was called by Mikalai Pobal in the cutoff and Aleksandr Sheshukov in the big blind. No betting action took place on the {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop and Sheshukov then bet the {3-Hearts} turn for 80,000. Marsh folded and Pobal asked how much Sheshukov was playing behind before raising it up to 400,000.

Sheshukov gave it some thought and folded.

Fast Four-Bets

Dietrich Fast raised to 60,000 from the early position with {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}. Akin Tuna called in the middle position with {10-Spades}{9-Hearts} and Gaby Livshitz three-bet to 190,000 on the button with {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. Fast used a time bank and then four-bet to 1,400,000 which was enough for both Tuna and Livshitz to fold.

Egermann Surpasses Pobal

Luke Marsh opened the action with a raise to 65,000 and picked up two callers in Stefan Egermann out of the small blind and Mikalai Pobal in the big blind.

There was no betting action on the {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop and Egermann led the {5-Spades} turn for 125,000. He picked up no callers and raked in the pot to be essentially even in chips with Pobal. Both are separated by a few chips only in the middle of the pack and just shy of the average.
