Demircan Takes His Time
The board was already 
when Serdar Demircan had checked to Gaby Livshitz. Demircan thought Livshitz was taking too much time on every street and announced to the table he was going to do the same. Livshitz bet 2,700 and Demircan then waited three minutes until someone else at the table called the clock on him.
He ended up calling and the 
river completed the board. Demircan waited another minute before calling the clock on himself before checking. Livshitz then fired a bet of 3,500 and Demircan waited another minute before he called the clock on himself again.
His thirty seconds ran out and Demircan slid his cards forward. Demircan said: ''Oh no?! Is my hand dead now?'' before engaging in a discussion with a member of the floor staff who then made him aware of the fact that if any player engages in useless tanking they can call the clock after a shorter period of time.
