"Two queens. Good luck," said Hnizdo after seeing what he was up against. The flop came to give Hnizdo a pair of kings, pulling ahead of Rosen who now needed to spike a queen or running straight cards to stay alive. The turn took away his backdoor possibilities, and the river completed the runout with Hnizdo's aces up besting Rosen's queens and sending him to the rail as a result.

Dubonnet Takes Out Harriche

The action folded around to Samir Harriche in the small blind who shoved all in for around 10 big blinds. Samy Dubonnet called from the big blind and they were off to the races.

The flop came and Dubonnet hit a pair of queens to take the lead. Harriche couldn't catch up on the turn or the river and was sent to the rail as the night nears its end.

Phiniotis Blasts Ciancanelli

Tobias Fischer opened the actin with a raise to 11,500 from the hijack and Teresio Ciancanelli three-bet all in for 18,000 on the button. Chrysi Phiniotis was in the big blind and asked for confirmation of the amounts and then announced a call, which Fischer also matched, meaning any future action between Phiniotis and Fischer would be in a side pot as Ciancanelli had his sights set on a triple.

Aciton checked through the flop and the turn came . Phiniotis put out a bet of 19,000 and Fischer quickly let his hand go.

Ciancanelli saw the bad news and was down to one last shot at hitting one of the two remaining eights in the deck to triple, but the river was one pip lower than he needed and he was eliminated from the tournament.

Tantillo Can't Hold After Flop Shove

Maxime Chilaud opened to 8,500 from early position and action folded around to Fausto Tantillo, who looked over at Chilaud's stack and then put in chips to call. The flop fell and Tantillo shoved for his remaining stack. The dealer cut it out and announced a total of 26,500, and Chilaud thought for about 15 seconds before dropping in a chip to signify a call.

Tantillo had gotten the rest of his chips in good after flopping a pair of sixes and needed to fade the remaining aces and kings in the deck to double. Unfortunately for him, the turn had him down to one card left in his tournament life, which was a useless and sent him to the rail.

Fausto Tantillo raised it up in middle position and was called by the hijack along with Alexandros Bantzelatze in the big blind. The flop came and Bantzelatze checked to Tantillo who bet 10,500. The hijack called and Bantzelatze shipped all in for 80,500. Tantillo called and the hijack got out of the way.

Bantzelatze flopped two pair and was cheering for his hand to hold up. The on the turn and the on the river were safe and Bantzelatze held on for a double up.

With the players now all in one tournament room, it appears as though Kayhan Mokri Roshanfekr has the current chip lead on Day 1c. Roshanfekr raised to 6,500 in middle position and was called by the big blind.

The flop came and the big blind checked to Roshanfekr who continued for 4,500. His opponent called and the landed on the turn. The big blind checked once more and Roshanfekr dropped in a bet of 11,000 which quickly sparked a fold from his opponent.
