Masato Yokosawa opened to 24,000 in the cutoff and Francesco Delfoco shoved all in for just over 100,000 on the button. Viktor Katzenberger also shoved all in from the big blind and Yokosawa instantly stuck in the last of his 336,000 chips as well.

All three players woke up with pocket pairs and some murmurs came from the table on the flop of 
. Katzenberger flopped a set of eights to take a big lead but the 
landed on the turn. Some more "Oohh's" came from the table as Yokosawa spiked a two-outer for an even bigger lead. The 
completed the board which eliminated Delfoco and Yokosawa doubled through Katzenberger in the side pot.
