Paul Michaelis is one of the two remaining former EPT champions with 25 hopefuls remaining and the German has a mountain to climb after folding to a shove from fellow countryman Manig Loeser. Michaelis had opened first to act and Loeser called in the cutoff.

turn. Loeser used one time bank extension and moved all in, which forced a near instant fold from Michaelis.
