Jasper Wetemans had a lot more chips than the last time we checked, so we asked him what had happened. He told us how he had opened under the gun plus one for 5,500 and his neighbor Joakim Bakke three-bet to 17,000. The action folded back to Wetemans who four-bet to 40,000 and called the shove for 148,500 that followed.
Wetemans had the goods with aces, Bakke had kings. While Bakke lost the hand after a clean runout, he still has well over double average left.
