This way, arranging the stacks and other things necessary to start the heads up, take place while they are having something to eat. When they return, they'll continue for 15 more minutes in the current level (125,000/250,000 with a 25,000-ante) before moving onto the next one (150,000/300,000 with 50,000-ante). Coverage resumes in 60 minutes.
