On a beautiful sunny morning in the Bahamas UFC Legend and Bellator fighter Tito Oritz showed us a bit of what his training looks like. Ortiz punished his students with some lunges, sit ups, push ups, burpees and sprints to show that getting into great shape isn't as easy as it sounds.
