Walter Fisher Leads The Remaining 175 Players

The starting field of 816 entrants is down to just 175 players who are still in the running for this prestigious title and the first-place prize of $1,491,580. On top of the chip counts with Walter Fisher with 497,000. Rounding out the top five is Hugh Drummond (456,800), Juan Martin Pastor (446,000), Adam Reynolds (378,500) and Diego Ventura (362,800).

Others still in the field include Pratyush Buddiga (357,900), Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu (295,600), Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree (247,100), Team PokerStars Pro Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier (212,400), Ole Schemion (192,600), Olivier Busquet (190,700), Mike Leah (185,400), Noah Schwartz (173,100) and Shannon Shorr (156,500), to name a few.

The plan for the day is to play another five levels, which should bring the field well into the money. The top 119 will make the money, with a min-cash being worth $17,800.
