We found Carlos Mortensen staring down an opponent after firing a four-bet to 3,500 from under the gun. The player in the small blind tanked for awhile before making the call, and the two saw 
flop. The small blind checked, and Mortensen bet 5,000. After a long tank, the small blind slid his stack in. Now it was Mortensen's turn to take his time, and after a minute or two he stacked all of his chips and stole a glance at his opponent to get a final read but decided to muck.
