Two for Metaal

Nível 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

On the {A-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop, Andrew Chen checked, and Govert Metaal bet 1,700. Max Altergott called the bet, then Chen did the same to bring about the {2-Spades} turn card. On the turn, Chen checked, Metaal bet 6,500, and Altergott folded. Chen also folded, and Metaal won the pot.

Shortly thereafter, Metaal was up against Daniel Neilson and another player on the {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{4-Spades} flop. After Neilson and Metaal checked, the third player in the hand bet 1,250. Neilson called before Metaal check-raised to 3,900. Both of Metaal's opponents folded, and his check-raise got through to win him the pot.

Koon Over Greenberg

Nível 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

Picking up with the action on a board of {9-Hearts}{A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{J-Hearts}, Lawrence Greenberg was heads up in a hand with Jason Koon. Greenberg was first to act and he fired out a fourth street bet of 2,500. Koon called to see a river.

The dealer completed the board with the {5-Spades} and Greenberg slowed with a check. Koon knocked the table back and showed {A-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for top pair. This was good enough to win the pot and Koon boosted his stack up to about 58,000.

Jaffee Busts Buonanno

Nível 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

On the {A-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} board, Antonio Buonanno, winner of the 2014 European Poker Tour Grand Final Main Event, bet 2,500. Galen Hall, winner of the 2011 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event, made the call, and then Jared Jaffee, World Poker Tour champion and World Series of Poker bracelet winner, also made the call.

The river completed the bard with the {5-Spades}, and Buonanno fired all in with the board now paired with fives. He was all in for 12,800, and Hall folded. Jaffee tanked for a bit, then made the call. Buonanno tabled only the {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for the lowest two pair possible, fives and deuces. Jaffee showed the {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts} for a much better two pair, and he won the pot to send the Italian to the rail.
