Yin Loses Lots, Doubles

Belgian Poker Challenge Spa champion Cheng-Wei Yin just told us about a hand where he lost 100,000. He got it in with against and didn't improve in the 200,000 pot.

Not much later he limped under the gun. His neighbor isolated to 4,000 and Kacper Pyzara called. When the action had folded back around to Yin he shoved all in for 29,400. The player that had isolated folded, but Pyzara tanked for a bit.

Yin, known for his chatter at the table, goofed around a little bit and at one point even threw his all in triangle to the spot in front of Pyzara. Pyzara eventually decided to call and they opened their cards.

Chartier Faces Karlic

Sam Chartier, who's still the current tournament chip leader, has just a few chips but we just saw him win a little blind battle against Austrian pro Gerald Karlic.

Karlic raised to 3,200 from the small blind and Chartier called, creating heads up action on the flop. Chartier called 3,800 and on the turn he picked up the pot by putting out a bet of 6,100 after Karlic had checked.

Chartier's table does not have a lot of big stacks on it, and with direct position on Karlic, he'll be a good spot for the remainder of the day so it seems.

Muto has The Clock Called On Him

Everyone folded around to Eduards Kudrjancevs and the Latvian raised to 2,600 in the cutoff. Japan's Katsuhiro Muto three-bet to 7,200, folding out the blinds. Kudrjancevs four-bet to 19,900, which sent Muto into the tank for almost three minutes. Eventually, Natan Chauskin had waited long enough and called the clock on Muto.

The floorman informed Muto he had one minute in which to make his decision. At the 30 second warning, Muto folded and Kudrjancevs won the pot.

"Bad Things Happen When You're Around"

Just before the expiration of Level 11, we happened upon the table of Team PokerStars Pro Chris Moneymaker and caught him in a hand with Aleksandar Denishev.

We picked up the action with around 15,000 in the pot and a board reading when Moneymaker bet 5,500 from early position and Denishev called from the hijack.

"Get away from here," Moneymaker jokingly chastised us as we observed the action. "Bad things happen when you're around."

"Sorry, we've a job to do," was our simple reply.

When the completed the board on the river, Moneymaker bet 12,000 and Denishev quickly folded the face up. With that, Moneymaker won the pot and had to eat a little crow.

He had gotten it in with on a flop with one heart. His opponent had and made runner runner flush. "See you next time" Spindler said as he made his way to the hotel lobby.

Visser Beats Kings and Jacks with Tens

Ruben Visser just caught a miracle river card to keep his tournament alive against two players that had his pocket pair dominated. The former EPT London champion raised to 2,800 under the gun and the player on his left, Benjamin Garcia Rivera, called. From the hijack it was Zoltan Gal who moved all in for for 25,200 and Visser shoved for 41,300, which was called quickly by Rivera.

The board ran out and both Gal and Rivera were visibly upset as the river hit. Visser laughed, as he didn't see this one coming in the slightest, and he's now sitting on more than the current tournament average.
