We missed the elimination of the Netherlands' Mateusz Moolhuizen, but Rob Schiffbauer filled us in on some details.
According to him, Ivan Luca opened for 400 and Moolhuizen called holding pocket nines. Schiffbauer then three-bet to 2,100 with pocket kings, Luca folded, and Moolhuizen called to see the
