Ebony Kenney Discusses Love for the Game, Modeling, Acting, and Women in Poker
One of the more than 1,000 players to enter the 2014 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event was an up-and-coming female in the game, Ebony Kenney. The Florida native is here playing her first PCA Main Event, but it could very well be the first of many more to come if she's able to make a run and truly ignite her career.
While poker may be Kenney's main squeeze, she also dabbles in modeling and acting, and is a part of the World Poker Tour’s Season X Ones to Watch. Kenney nearly final tabled the WPT Caribbean event in St. Maarten last November. Finishing just shy of a final table in 10th place, Kenney bagged $10,500 for her efforts.
Recently, PokerNews' Pamela Maldonado had the opportunity to speak with Kenney. In the interview, the mother of two discusses her love for the game, breaking into the industry, and women in poker.
