There was a bet of 2,400 in from of Rasmus Agerskov and Dominik Nitsche had raised from the big blind to 5,500. Agerskov thought for a long time. Too long as it turns out as the clock was called and the countdown began. Thirty seconds in Agerskov made a raise to 12,100 and Nitsche made the call to see the flop.

Nitsche quickly checked and after a short pause Agerskov bet 8,400. Nitsche made the call and they saw turn card {4-Diamonds}. Again Nitsche checked and when Agerskov made a bet of 14,100 he mucked his cards.

Altergott Busts for a Second Time; Andreev & Malinov Reenter

Nível 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

There have only been three reentries thus far. Andrey Andreev and Atanas Malinov are two of them, and the other was Max Altergott. Andreev and Malinov are still in action, but Altergott appears to be gone already. That means his second bullet missed, and he is now officially out of the EPT Vienna High Roller as players are only allowed a single reentry.

Daniel Cates
Daniel Cates

Daniel Cates is having his right arm massaged but he is still more than capable of putting chips in with his left hand. On the turn of a board reading {k-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{4-Spades} he made a bet of 2,100 and got folds from Yann Dion and Davidi Kitai. Fady Kamar however made the call.

The river card was the {3-Clubs} and Cates bet 3,500. Kamar raised him to 8,100 and Cates rolled his eyes and muttered to himself before making the fold.

Jungleman Enters; Soika Wins a Pot

Nível 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

One of online poker's most prolific player, Daniel "Jungleman" Cates, just took his seat in the High Roller. Already he has hired one of the many masseuses for a massage, and while he was enjoying a hand unfolded at his table.

It began when Belarus' Ihar Soika opened for 750 under the gun and Jeff Rossiter and Yann Dion called from the cutoff and big blind respectively. When the flop came down {10-Hearts}{k-Spades}{8-Diamonds}, Dion checked, Ihar Soika bet 1,350, and Rossiter quickly folded. Dion did the same and Soika won the small pot.

It wasn't much of a hand, but it gave us a good excuse to update you on their counts.

Aslan Daurov had defended a preflop raise from Jonathan Duhamel and they saw a flop of {10-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{3-Spades}. Daurov checked and called a bet of 600 from Duhamel. The turn card was the {6-Diamonds} and once again Daurov check called Duhamels bet of 2,600.

The river card was the {7-Spades} and now Daurov led out for 3,500. Duhamel though responded with a raise to 15,000. Whatever Daurov’s cards were he didn’t have an answer to that and folded.
