Testing Times
With a recent re-draw the players on table three are keen to test each other out. Paul Newey, one of the players that has re-entered this tournament, is the short stack at the table and has been all in twice without getting any callers. The eccentric Jean-Noel Thorel is proving a tricky customer, particularly for the player on his right, Dani Stern.

. When Stern continued for 30,000 Thurel min raised to 60,000 and Stern threw away his hand. Not long after that, Erik Seidel opened under the gun for 20,000, Stern called and this time Thurel moved all in for jjst over 400,000. Seidel folded, Stern asked for a count but thought better of the call and mucked too.
