Benjamin Harris Eliminated in 10th Place ($2,300)

Nível 22 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Benjamin Harris
Benjamin Harris

After doubling up Jonathan Park, Benjamin Harris moved all in preflop for a little over 1,000,000 and was called by chip leader Kassim Panjwani to put him at risk.

Benjamin Harris: K4All in
Kassim Panjwani: A5

Harris would need some help to stay alive, and although the flop of 357 gave Panjwani a pair, Harris still had outs to a six or a king.

Unfortunately for him, the runout of 7Q did him no favors and he was eliminated in 10th place.

Harris left far from empty-handed, however, as he pulled a $10,000 bounty along with several others.

Erin Parisien

Hand #3

Short-stacked Erin Parisien moved all in for 505,000 with QJ and was called by Vladyslav Shovkovyi with AK to put her at risk.

Parisien needed to improve to stay alive, but the runout of AQ4A8 gave Shovkovyi trip aces on the turn and she was sent to the exit in 9th place as the first casualty at the final table.

Hand #9

After a preflop betting war, Trung Pham got it all in for his last 600,000 with AK and was called by Moe Tokko with QQ to put him at risk.

Tokko was ahead going into the flip, and the runout of 84286 meant the queens held true to eliminate Pham in 8th place.

Aleta Chapman

Hand #14

After a preflop betting war, all of the chips between Aleta Chapman, Brian Winter, and Kassim Panjwani found their way into the middle, with Panjwani covering.

Aleta Chapman: 88
Brian Winter: KJ
Kassim Panjwani: A10

Chapman was in the lead with her eights, but she had a lot of over-cards to dodge if she was to stay in the game.

Sure enough, the flop of 105K gave both of her opponents a pair, with Winter on the better end of it. The turn K further improved him to trips and left Chapman drawing dead, but it also gave Panjwani a flush draw.

Luckily for Winter, the river was the brick 3 and he was awarded the pot while Chapman exited in 7th.

Shovkovyi Pips Panjwani to Take the Chip Lead!

Nível 24 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Vladyslav Shovkovyi
Vladyslav Shovkovyi

Hand #21

Vladyslav Shovkovyi opened to 200,000 with AK and was three-bet to 600,000 by Kassim Panjwani with AQ. When the action folded back to Shovkovyi, he responded by four-betting to 1,600,000.

Not one to be pushed around, Panjwani ripped it all in to cover Shovkovyi, who quickly called to put himself at risk in a chip-lead pot.

Shovkovyi was in a prime position to double up with his superior ace, and the runout of 92A55 gave him the claim to the huge pot and the chip lead.
