Charlie Carrel opened the action with a raise from early position and picked up a caller in Fedor Holz before Ben Tollerene decided to three-bet to 7,200 from the button.
Sitting in the small blind Dan Shak peeked down at his cards before announcing he was all in and shoved for around 90,000. All three opponents quickly fold and Shak showed

It's always possible we missed an earlier one, but we believe this was the first one just now. Dan Shak opened the hijack for 1,600 and big blind Fedor Holz three-bet to 6,600. Shak answered with an all in for 85,000 total. Holz thought about it for a bit but didn't waste a time breaker chip and folded right before the buzzer went off.
