We heard a commotion up at Table 42, and when we made our way over we discovered why.
Three players created a big preflop all-in pot when each woke up with a big pocket pair. Michael Levy had the best of it, and he had to opponents at risk, which included Tamara Volkoff, who you may recall eliminated Phil Ivey late on Day 1c.

The commotion stemmed from the fact that the 
flop gave two players a set, and that was amplified when Volkoff made a set of her own on the 
turn. The 
river was a blank, meaning Levy's hand held to score the double knock out.
